  I'm currently phoning the office at 11.45am and I have been on the phone waiting for half an hour. I am phoning because a letter sent to me first class in the UK on the 16th November has still not arrived. The standard of service in this country is getting progressively worse in all sectors. The phone call has now ended itself. How much to post a letter? We are treated like s**t in the UK.
  
  I have now used a non-geographic number to speak to someone and no doubt paying premium rates for the call. I have been sent in a big circle and then told to use the website as they don't give a s**t as I used the first class post and didn't remortgage to record it. I wish I was still young enough to emigrate.

  Awful...claim addressee was not available despite me being in all day and having a Labrador who is better than any doorbell. No card left (obviously) and now closed so no one to even speak to. Urgent delivery now waiting God knows where. Coincidence the euros have started...mmmm.
  
  If I did my job to this level I wouldn't even wait to be sacked...I'd walk myself.
