  On this visit 29th August not a good review. The ladies on reception that day, were very loud. All the chairs were covered in pet hair, I've never seen that before in reception even though it's a vets.
  The nurse my dog had to see to have his yearly booster was very nice & pleasant, however my little dog would have a different tale to tell. After his routine check she grabbed him by the scruff and jabbed the needle in his skin only for it to go straight through when pressed, the liquid went all over my hand and the table. (It could have been my hand the needle caught!!) ) The nurse had to do it again to my dog. I'd say that was very careless on her part and she shouldn't have been so 'ruff' on him.
  Normally his visits would be five star.
